The HX10E is an electric scissor lift for loads up to 1000kg, with a height-adjustable stable platform with a 400–800mm height range, this unit delivers a stable working surface that minimises operator strain when loading and unloading palletised goods.

- Load capacity: up to 1000kg.
- Ergonomically-designed tiller with an optimised shape to push loads with maximum efficiency without fatigue, thanks to large grasping side areas specially designed to promote correct positioning during operation of the truck.
- The battery box design provides ample foot clearance, ensuring operators can move freely and naturally around the truck without obstruction.
- Highly visible emergency push button acts as a battery cut-off switch, promoting safe use. The safety limit switch device protects against overpressure of oil.
- Polyurethane rollers and rubber steering wheels.
- Optional: The scissor lift can be provided with a precise and intuitive scale device to allow the machine to be used not only to handle and move goods, but also to weight them, making it functional in all internal weighing operations.
- Optional: Auto-Level system (also available as retrofit). The Auto-Level system adjusts the height of the forks and maintains the desired working height.
The Auto-Level and Scale systems can be combined for enhanced efficiency, safety and ergonomics.
- 15V 60Ah starter battery. On-board battery charger with frontal IEC plug. Battery status indicator visible from the manoeuvring station.Battery options:
- Gel battery – 12v 50Ah: particularly stable for deep cycle applications, gel battery is safe and requires no maintenance.
- Lithium battery – 24V 30Ah: maintenance-free, with a long life. Quick opportunity charged supported without impairing the battery service life.

Palletised freight
Items too heavy or large to be transported by standard shipment will be sent by pallet. If this is the case for your order, you will receive a freight quote. You may need to provide assistance for unloading individual items over 30kg.
Items requiring assembly
Certain items may need assembly prior to use. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent to complete these tasks. All instructions will be enclosed.
Returns
If you are a consumer, then for most Goods*, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the Contract within 14 days (beginning on the day after you or someone nominated by you receives the Goods) and receive a full refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
To cancel the Contract please contact us by phone or email. Providing your order number, when the goods were ordered / received it and your contact details including name / address
If you cancel the Contract after Goods have been despatched or received by you, you must return them to us in their original packaging wherever possible without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel the contract.
Return charges are not covered by the company unless goods are deemed faulty or mis-described including if the contract is cancelled due to a notified change to the goods, any error in pricing, description, delayed delivery due to events outside of our control or any other reason whereby you have a legal right to do so.
We will refund you the price you paid for the Goods, but may make a deduction to reflect any decrease in value of the Goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. We will make refunds to you by the same method you used to pay for the Goods.
