Welcome Dave, our new Business Development Manager!

With the ever-growing expansion of the company, the time quickly came to expand the team.

BIL are pleased to announce that we have recently welcomed Dave to the team, as our new Business Development Manager for the Midlands.

We asked Dave a few questions about his first few weeks in the role, and these answers indicate why we believe Dave fits in perfectly with our company ethos.

How are you settling in at BIL?

Fantastic, 2 weeks in and feel at home, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, great start to a long career.

Why have you chosen a career in sales?

I like to make relationships and help people, offering solutions and resolutions to engineering problems. Having always been my happy place, a wheel/castors/MH is an area where not many people are experts, so I can help them out and offer the right products for the right application.

What do you like about working at BIL Group so far?

I like the variety of products, some are very new to me, so I have a lot to learn, but I feel we have the stock to offer a solution for my customers, no matter what the application.

What is your motivation?

To be constantly learning and growing, every day is a school day, and you never stop adding to your skill sets.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Married with 3 teenage girls, not much time for hobbies, but I do play in a covers band, front man, singer/guitarist, so I get to be a weekend rockstar to unwind and let loose.

Dave is settling in with the company perfectly, and we are very pleased to have him aboard.
