Temporary Surcharge

Sustained rises in global fuel prices, driven in part by ongoing geopolitical instability, have placed considerable pressure on the costs associated with our manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations.

We have worked hard to manage these pressures internally, through operational efficiencies and disciplined cost control, and we have delayed this measure until it became clear that further absorption was no longer sustainable.

With that context in mind, we will be applying a temporary surcharge of 2% to orders from 13th April 2026 onwards.

We want to be transparent about what this means in practice:

• The surcharge is temporary and will be reviewed weekly. It may increase or decrease based on changing fuel prices, and will be removed as soon as the underlying cost pressures ease.
• Every reasonable alternative was considered before we took this step. It applies only to offset a portion of our increased costs, not to improve margin.
• Nothing changes in terms of our commitment to you; the same quality, the same reliability, the same team.
