0Evo Skates Range Integrated into BIL Group
March 2nd, 2026

The Evo Skates range has long been known in the removals industry for being reliable and practical. In 2025, the product range became part of BIL Group, managed directly within the company. This marks a new chapter for products that were first developed under the Evo Supplies name.
What This Means for the Removals Industry
In the removals industry, dependable equipment is critical to both operational safety and efficiency. Evo Skates have built a strong reputation in this area over time.
The new chapter means continuity of this trusted product range, supported by improved stock availability and UK-based manufacture. With production now managed directly by BIL Group, customers benefit from shorter supply chains, greater operational control and faster response times.
The result is a more streamlined and dependable supply of Evo Skates, while maintaining the build quality and reliability the industry expects.
This transition strengthens BIL Group’s ability to support the removals industry with greater control, consistency and long-term supply confidence.
How it Happened
BIL Group and Evo Supplies had worked together previously. When Juliet Dunn, Managing Director of Evo Supplies, began planning her retirement, discussions followed about the future of the range. With shared standards around quality, safe handling and customer service, bringing Evo Skates into BIL felt like a natural next step.
Strengthening BIL Group’s Position in Materials Handling
BIL Group is already well established in castors and materials handling equipment. Bringing Evo Skates fully in-house strengthens its presence in the removals sector and builds on existing expertise.
Evo Skates are widely used to move heavy and valuable items efficiently. Designed for the safe movement of pianos, machinery and other heavy loads, Evo Skates are valued in the removals industry for their stability, durability and straightforward practicality. The range has built its reputation on dependable performance in demanding working environments.
By managing manufacture, assembly and stock holding directly, BIL Group can apply its own production standards across the range.
Improved Availability and Control
Since the transition, BIL Group has adjusted its production processes to improve flexibility and availability. Popular sizes are now held in stock, allowing faster dispatch and shorter lead times.
Bringing the range in-house also means working directly with the materials that define Evo Skates. From timber preparation and bonding through to finishing and assembly, the products are now built within BIL Group’s own UK workshop. This allows closer oversight of quality and greater consistency across the range.

Production and health & safety procedures have been updated to support this in-house manufacture. These steps ensure that the hands-on elements of building each Evo Skate are carried out safely and to the standards customers expect.
This greater control allows BIL Group to respond more quickly to both standard and bespoke orders, while maintaining the reliability Evo Skates are known for.

Kevin Wilson, Group Sales Manager, commented:
“Evo Skates were already a respected product in the removals industry. Bringing the range into BIL Group strengthens our position and allows us to manage production and stock more directly. It helps us respond to customers with greater speed and flexibility.”
BIL Group will continue to develop the Evo Skates range with a focus on reliability, steady supply and long-term customer support across the UK.
