Description
The Evo Skate Aluminium 2-Wheel Heavy Duty Board Trolley is designed for safely transporting large, flat sheet materials such as doors, plasterboard, plywood & panels across demanding environments, including construction sites, warehouses and outdoor areas.
Built around a rigid, all-welded aluminium frame, this board trolley avoids the use of bolts or fixings that could loosen under repeated load. Also, the aluminium frame helps reduce overall weight compared with steel alternatives while maintaining strength.
The two large 10-inch (254 mm) pneumatic wheels are mounted on a solid steel axle, allowing the trolley to help absorb shocks and roll more smoothly over uneven ground while maintaining stability under load. The diamond-tread tyres improve grip on loose or uneven surfaces, reducing slip during transport.
Ribbed non-slip rubber blocks set into the top channel help prevent boards and panels from shifting during movement, while rubber end buffers protect both the load and surrounding walls, doorways and users. The design allows sheet materials to be supported securely and manoeuvred with control.
The two-wheel design allows controlled tilting and manoeuvring of tall or long loads. When loads are balanced correctly and supported by one or two operators as appropriate, the trolley supports loads up to 250 kg.

Palletised freight
Items too heavy or large to be transported by standard shipment will be sent by pallet. If this is the case for your order, you will receive a freight quote. You may need to provide assistance for unloading individual items over 30kg.
Items requiring assembly
Certain items may need assembly prior to use. Ordering of these items is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent to complete these tasks. All instructions will be enclosed.
Returns
If you are a consumer, then for most Goods*, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the Contract within 14 days (beginning on the day after you or someone nominated by you receives the Goods) and receive a full refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
To cancel the Contract please contact us by phone or email. Providing your order number, when the goods were ordered / received it and your contact details including name / address
If you cancel the Contract after Goods have been despatched or received by you, you must return them to us in their original packaging wherever possible without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel the contract.
Return charges are not covered by the company unless goods are deemed faulty or mis-described including if the contract is cancelled due to a notified change to the goods, any error in pricing, description, delayed delivery due to events outside of our control or any other reason whereby you have a legal right to do so.
We will refund you the price you paid for the Goods, but may make a deduction to reflect any decrease in value of the Goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods. We will make refunds to you by the same method you used to pay for the Goods.
